Hands-On Learning

I love to interact with children. I believe that children should be involved with their school work. Hands on work and visual interactions help when certain curriculums don't sink in. Involving children to learn, beyond taking notes, helps them understand difficult subject and also helps them retain them better to memory.
I'm currently enrolled in Kaplan University pursuing my certification to become a Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Functions. I have completed High School and obtained my Diploma in 2014. I love kids. But more than that, I want to help kids who are in need of extra help and academic attention. I want to inspire as well encourage kids that they can do anything, as long as they believe in themselves. Like I said before, I once was a special Ed student, and because of that I want to encourage those who are struggling with school that they can and will find victory. During my time in college, I switched to become an educator as I discovered a passion to see the lives of children transformed.
