Ryan Chesser loves music. But it wasn’t always that way. He started piano lessons in 5th grade, but didn’t fall in love with music until young adulthood. Ryan went on to further his musical education and graduated from Southeastern University with a Bachelors Degree in Church Music in 2007. He served as the music minister of New Beginning Baptist Church from 2008 – 2010and went on to serve as the primary keyboardist at Victory Church, where he iscurrently the primary keyboardist for the worship team and the pianist for the orchestra. I have just received my BA in E-Business management with a minor in Criminal Justice. I am beginning my Masters in Criminal Justice in March and will continue to a Dr. in the same field when possible. I do not have professional experience teaching however I have experience tutoring my niece who I have been responsible for since she was 5. She is now 12 and a straight A student. I tutored throughout school and was a teachers aid in Elementary school. I have 2 young boys of my own who will beginning school next year. I have tutored in writing, K-5 math, science and history. I also have tutored in Music including theory and playing. (Piano, Oboe, English horn, Trumpet, drums, guitar and a few other instruments)

I love seeing both youth and adults advance in their musical skills and can see the advantage young children gain with their eye/hand co-ordination and ability to quickly expand their reading and musical skills. I am patient, but require practice to advance them from level to level. I require workbooks to see how the scales work and for better performance. I strive to bring them fun in learning.
