Let the young teach the young

I am fun and relaxed, but know how to get down to the point. I make my teaching easy to understand.

I tend to be enthusiastic about the subject matter I teach and that enthusiasm is contagious. My actual teaching style is based on four main factors: (1) the goal of the learning activity, (2) the student's readiness level, (3) the student's learning style, and (4) formative evaluation.
