I have led several small groups of teenagers and young adults in Biblical studies at Prairie Hill Evangelical Free Church, several musical groups in practicing and performing, and a summer-long book club at Crown College. I have realized that the best test of whether you understand something is to be able to teach it successfully to another person. Though being prepared is not a direct part of the tutor-student interaction, it is absolutely necessary for the tutor to be prepared far beyond the basic level.
