I have taught English at a private school in Ansan, South Korea for 1 year from March 2009 to February 2010. I taught children from ages 5-14. This was a full time job. I take close consideration of each child’s ability in the language and cater to his or her individual needs. I believe in teaching in an immersion environment so that the child receives the maximum exposure to the target language. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in TESOL. While a senior in college, I taught an intermediate ESL class for a semester and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also minored in Business/Office Administration and took specialized classes in Windows Vista and Microsoft Office programs. In addition, I have taught beginner and intermediate private piano lessons for two years. I also acquired some experience with special needs when I worked after school as a personal aide to a non-verbal teenage girl with severe autism.
