The one thing that I observed about the learning process, is that a person quickly grasps a concept if he/she is interested, or the topic is thoughtful and challenges the wit of a person and lastly, a person is very comfortable in learning through his/her friends. Nobody is stupid not to grasp a concept. It is the methodology, technique and feeling of comfort and interest, that is required. Hence I try to be affable and was more involved. A picturization or a real life example is more likely to fit in a person's mind. I used this technique and was very successful. It’s important to be able to impart knowledge to the student smoothly and only to answer the asked questions. Too much information can cause a student to “overload”. This can make the student afraid to ask questions in the future or to think that the topic is so difficult.
