A Little Bit About Me...

As a recent college graduate, the stress, confusion, and (ultimately) joy involved in the attempt to master new subjects are fresh in my memory. While nothing can replace experience, I believe that being young provides me with an edge over those older than me when it comes to connecting with students. I have tutored a wide range of students, ranging from an at-risk 5th grader to high school algebra students, to college sophomores. While the subject matter and level of sophistication certainly varies between students, the approach is generally the same. By maintaining a professional and caring attitude with my students, and giving them that little push when they need it, anyone is able to succeed academically.
