My comments on tutoring Sign Language : Studying to become a sign language interpreter. Set to graduate this year

Sign language interpreter is what I am getting my college degree in. Am still learning but I do know a lot, as learning a new language takes a while. Sign language is something that I really enjoy. I've interpreter things from work, nothing big but still experience. I've completed ASL 1-4. Almost done with my degree as a sign language interpreter.

I love teaching and working with all types of children. I think children learn in different ways and have to conform to their teaching style. I was a slow reader but have learned ways to make reading fun. I hope to make reading fun for the child. I want the children to meet thier full potential of what they are capeable of. As a college graduate I have been driven to do my best to make sure every child is given the opportunity to have the very best education. I have loved education and the process of learning since I was a child. Due to family issues, I dropped out at in the 9th grade but due to extensive reading most of my life on many subjects, and being gifted intellectually, thank God, I was enrolled in college at the age of 16. Due to my age, I lacked the discipline needed to succeed then so joined the Army at 18 and finished first in my class in their HS program.
