My comments on tutoring Sign Language : Studying to become a sign language interpreter. Set to graduate this year

Sign language interpreter is what I am getting my college degree in. Am still learning but I do know a lot, as learning a new language takes a while. Sign language is something that I really enjoy. I've interpreter things from work, nothing big but still experience. I've completed ASL 1-4. Almost done with my degree as a sign language interpreter.

Teaching is not something I had initially aspired to but found I am a teacher and motivator by nature. I love the challenge of figuring what pieces, educational, each student is missing and helping them fill the their gaps to reach the next level and have things come together for them. I am very patient and try to make each session fun and interesting. As a college graduate I have been driven to do my best to make sure every child is given the opportunity to have the very best education. I have earned my Bachelor degree in early childhood but do not hold a teacher's certificate. I have had extensitve training in edcuation courses, and love helping children read.
