I am patient and easygoing. I have two special needs children and my experience with them helps me to be understanding. I try to empbhasize learning the formulas that we use to solvbe the problems. If the students can understand how to solve a problem, then its just a matter of plugging the numbers in and their chance for success greatly improves. I have substitute taught for two years in the Superior, WI school district. Most of that has been at the HS and MS levels.
