Each student learns differently, and as a private tutor, I am able to meet his/her specific needs. I am a certified teacher in the state of Texas and have taught a variety of elementary grades over the past six years. Prior to this, I was a tutor for elementary students for five years. From January 2006 through August 2008, I worked part-time as a freshman composition instructor, writing lab tutor, and teaching assistant for the English department at UNT.
