Experience Summary
I was in a tutoring/teaching program in high school in a special education math class. I tutored for the Math TASK test. I also am a peer mentor/tutor at Northeast Lakeview for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) courses. I have an Associates with a concentration in Mathematics from San Antonio College and am currently pursuing my Bachelor in Statistics from UTSA. I have always had a passion for teaching and tutoring.
Teaching Style
I am a visual person so I tutor in a visual manner. I like to show every step and make sure that the student understands the steps and will be able to identify the steps and why they need to be done.
