US Army - Patient Administration Systems and Biostatistics Activity - Data Analysis Section 1998 – Present
Statistician Health (15 years)
1. Provide quality data retrievals with technical proficiency and customer focus from SADR (Outpatient), SIDR (Inpatient), M2, and MDR to accomplish the review, analysis, and evaluation of the Military Health System Utilization including ICD9’s, CPT’s, and DRG’s for current health care beneficiary categories using SAS Programming, M2 Business Objects, and MS Office according with established timelines. All the reports were provided 100% accurate and published on the PASBA website for the Army Medical Command 30 days earlier that projected by using SAS Programming techniques that allowed for the earlier completion including the 516 MS Excel worksheets for the HTML files.
2. Perform Statistical Health Care Data Analysis for Decision Support by providing quality data retrievals from SADR, (Outpatient), SIDR (Inpatient), TEDI, TEDNI, Ancillary, CAPER, Pharmacy, Clinical, Encounters, and Others databases to accomplish data reviews, analysis, and studies for decision support activities including, Occupational Therapy, Army Behavioral Health Integrated Data Environment ABHIDE, Army STARR Largest Study Access Risk Resilience Servicemen, Prostate PSA 760 metric, Sexual Incidents, Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan, Operation Iraq, Anthrax Smallpox, Abortion, and TOE using SAS Programming experience, M2 Business Objects, and MS Office. Supported OTSG Decision Support Centers and CASS Center for AMEDD Strategic Studies. All these reports were 100% counted to be on time, accurate, and complete.
3. Provide quality data needs to support the AMEDCOM staff and leadership using SAS Programming experience. Requested data early and no later than requested date. Electronics Engineer (5 years) Security Clearance: Secret
1. Carried out engineering projects requiring the investigation and the solutions of technical problems including the research, the development and the design or the modification of Electro-Mechanical Systems.
2. Responsible for the Comprehensive Engine Management System IV. Testing, Installations, and Support of 83 Air Force Bases and other military installations worldwide.
