Four and on half of these years were spent in the ELL Program helping Hispanic students to incorporate their use of the English Language in their classroom academics. My experience with teaching and helping students involve my working as a art club teacher in an after school program. I worked for this program for about 2 years with students in second and third grade. In the class I taught I would encourage my students to try new things and to use their imagination.
