I worked for four (4) years at the Columbus Spanish Immersion Academy, I tutored the last couple of years a few high school students in Spanish, I have translated for the VITA tax clinic/Spanish Coalition/Latino Empowerment Outreach Network, and I have served as a translator for Cracker Barrel. I think teaching style should revolve around the needs of the student. The last person I tutored, I created worksheets and practical exercises that served to help him learn the material.
