While attending Florida A&M University I always had a passion for Mathematics, therefore my first year I took Honors Calculus I and received a grade of a 'B'. From that point I completed my Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems and took my passion in math and began to work on my MEd in Secondary education. During that time I had the opportunity to substitute students in 6-12 grade in two different counties. I also completed my student teaching experience at Shiloh High School in Snellville, GA where I taught 9th-11th Algebra I & II and Geometry.

A Little Bit About Me...

I began my higher education at Tallahassee Community College in 1997. After receiving my AA Degree I transferred to F.S.U where I majored in Criminology with a minor in Spanish and graduated in 2003. Since that time, I've worked as a legal assistant/paralegal with different law firms in town. Recently, I decided to return to school and received my certificate in Massage Therapy.
The thing I love most about teaching is opening up someones eyes to something new and seeing the "wow" look on their faces. Sometimes certain subject matter is not always easy for a person to learn. I've always appreciated the teacher that went out of their way with a great amount of patience to make sure I understood.
