My comments on tutoring Drama : As a graduate of George Washington University with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theater and Communications, I have worked in Washington, DC area theater since 1989 as a director of both professional and student productions. While my productions have been nominated for awards, including Best Production, Best Director, Best Actor and Best New Play, I specialize in mentoring actors. Special Educator with many hats and minds to utilize.

I believe that we all learn better one way versus another but it does not negate the many ways of learning as well. As a teacher I believe that everyone wants to learn but many are unable or have not been able to see the connections it has on our lives and that we all have talents and skills that needs support, encouragement or attention. Individualized learning/teaching for optimal comprehension

I take a hands on material approach to learning/teaching. I feel that young students learn best when they can physically learn, such as through blocks/puzzles/interactive learning devices and other similar approaches. I try to let the student use their hands as much as I can to aid in their learning process. For older students such as my high school students or their college counterparts I use more direct audial teaching and visual teaching styles.
