I believe in helping people that need help. So in college I began tutoring and started to do a bunch of community service projects. I have two years in tutoring experience. I tutor subjects such as algebra, pre-cal, biology, microbiology, world religion, psychology and the list continues. I have not had the experience in tutoring chemistry yet, I am currently taking organic chemistry and when I get finish chemistry courses that my college major requires I will begin to be a tutor for the subject. A Little Bit About Me...

I love learning and the precision arts such as mathematics. This has driven me to begin in a computer career. I spent almost two decades applying my computer skills. Learning has never stopped for me. But then I love the outdoors and working with my hands. I have taught myself the carpentry trade and the concrete business. I started out by sitting down with the manuals and memorized the building codes before I built my own house. Recently I applied mathematics to a roof I was building. My other gifts include excellent grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension skills. I don’t have a teacher’s certificate, however, and am currently choosing not to substitute, but I miss the personal interaction with students who want to learn.
Giving a student the answer does not facilitate their learning. My style of tutoring and teaching is to reinforce the basics, ask leading questions and give examples that assist the student discover the correct answers for him or herself.
