Ready to love learning

Adaptive. I have a background in experiential education and believe that the method is not as important as the end result of having assimilated, understood, and taught back the information. I currently work as a substitute teacher at Riverside Military Academy. I've worked with elementary children and teenagers extensively. I try to use various activities and techniques when teaching to keep students interested. This also helps them (and me) to determine the way(s) that they learn best. I also like to ask the students first what they think the answer is or how a problem should be approached before feeding them a solution. I encourage questioning and discussions at every turn.
