I have taught K-12 students and college students academic, college prep and adult education for 25 years. My students are encouraged to be academically strong , goal setters and goal achievers. I enjoy beung a lifelong learner, as I continue to acquire new knowledge. I have been contracted and tenured (by school districts). I began teaching (upon being advised to ddo so) as a substitute. This afforded me the opportunity to observe the different nuances of several schools, before I accepted a contract offer.

The writing curriculum I followed consisted of writing personal essays, articles, short fiction and even writing for children. Additionally, I wrote several research reports. A Little Bit About Me...

With three children my oldest 16, my middle child is ten and the baby is 3 I have had the opportunity to help them learn and grow through school.I also sit in class with my fifth grader and help out because of shortage of aides.
