Being a residential intensive case manager was the most accomplished life-changing job experience that I have done at Salisbury Behavioral Health, Inc.’s Deaf Services Center based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This experience enriched my knowledge of the deaf individuals with mental illness and their highly demanding environment. As an Intensive Case Manager, I worked with individuals who possess a wide variety of behavioral health disorders and mental illness, in addition to being Deaf and Deaf-Blind and communicate with individuals through American Sign Language. Sign Language is one of my top subjects!

I am currently a substitute for the Washington County Board of Education.I stick to Elementary schools. I've also finished the ASL Studies program at Frederick Community College where I graduated with Honors and also made the Deans' list 3x. I've taken every ASL class through Hagerstown Comm.College and DeafNet, along with the Interpreting classes through DeafNet. I've also taken Religious Signing,gesture class, Deaf history, Deaf community, Deaf Culture. I have done some church Interpreting as well. I do sub for the elementary schools, prefer lower grades.
