I am a Latin teacher who tries to make every part of the language accessible to all students. I teach grades 7 through 12. I have taught AP courses, advanced ancient history courses, as well as classes such as Latin I, II, III, etc. Working one-on-one, I help students to identify problem areas and focus our attention there. I also can help come up with good strategies to memorize vocabulary or understand complex grammatical structures. I like to make Latin something fun that sticks with you, rather than dull and boring. Since the time I was ABD, I have taught and tutored Latin, Greek, and Classics in translation classes both at the high school and college levels. Currently, I teach Latin (1st, 2nd, and 3rd year) at a local high school as well as Greek and Latin at the Pontifical College Josephinum.
