A Little Bit About Me...

I loved learning mathematics throughout my college experience and during my student teaching in both high school geometry and college algebra courses I realized that my passion is my strength. I am able to use my knowledge of math beyond where my students are in order to attack the students understanding of the subject from different angles. This not only allows the student and myself to figure out how the student learns but it puts the student in good position to build on his/her mathematics knowledge.
I am a recent graduate from the College of Saint Rose in Albany. I graduated with a Bachelors in Adolescent Education: Mathematics. I started tutoring my peers during my senior year of high school in 2005. At college I worked in the student learning center as a mathematics tutor.

I was an "A" student in Physics and enjoyed tutoring many classmates. I was a guest lecturer several times at RPI. Due to work and family commitments I did not complete the degree. A Little Bit About Me...

As a recent college graduate, subjects such as chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics, and geology are still fresh in my mind. I earned a BS in chemistry from Suny Oneonta where I was put into a diverse program. Over the last year I have received my NY Certification in coaching and have been accepted to Suny Cortland for Adolescence Education. In this time I have spread my scientific background to include more than just chemistry, taking additional collegiate credits in science with a focus on human anatomy and physiology.
