As a teacher I witnessed first hand the challenges students face in public schools. Due to the importance placed on standardized tests, students are often taught with a single focus in mind. Often times the different needs and learning styles of students are overlooked or ignored completely. I, on the other hand, prefer to take a holistic approach to education.
