As a Williams Baptist graduate, I have earned a bachelor degree of Science in Biology. This has given me the opportunity to gain knowledge in many areas of science. My style of teaching is very associative. I like to take any material that my student is trying to learn and present it in a way they can relate to, or may apply to them directly. The different lifestyles of our students affect their learning behaviors. A child who has never been more than ten miles from home and whom has never seen a play, may find it difficult to relate to William Shakespeare. I am graduating in May with my BA in Chemistry. I will continue school in the fall in hopes of entering the nursing program. I have helped several students with high school algebra, junior high algebra, as well as college algebra. I have helped non-traditional students not only pass but receive A's and B's in their math classes after not having a math class for 20 or more years. I have helped kids with special needs (such as autism) pass college level courses as well. I love helping people and do my best to explain everything in detail.
