To make my teaching more effective, I usually psyche my student to see how the mood to learn is. Should the mood be down at first, I would just come up with something fun, educative, something that can help to boost someone's IQ score. I have also used the NCLB Method, No Child Left Behind Method. In it, we use examples for every question, and evaluate the students every week to enhance greater learning.
I have always been a tutor of almost every class I took in high school, college, and even graduate school. I was always acting as a teacher figure to my friends, and my peers. I believe visual learning is key to a successful student, so i usually draw out or show videos and explain step by step what they just saw. What student do not understand if i can (usually i can :)).

My teaching style is based on the student’s learning style. Each child is different and may require different teaching methods to facilitate learning. Some children are more visual and may require more interactive exercises to learn. I do not believe in spoon-feeding information to children but taking the time to ensure that they fully grasped the concept of a problem and are able to think through a solution on their own. After recieving my Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. I went on to pursue my Master's Degree in Chemistry. While attending the program, I was required to be a teacher's assistant for a year. However, it turned out that I had to teach the general chemistry lab.
