I believe visual learning is key to a successful student, so i usually draw out or show videos and explain step by step what they just saw. What student do not understand if i can (usually i can :)).

After recieving my Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. I went on to pursue my Master's Degree in Chemistry. While attending the program, I was required to be a teacher's assistant for a year. However, it turned out that I had to teach the general chemistry lab.
