I have a B.A. in Social Work from Colombia . I worked there as a teacher for 3 years . Then I came here. I studied at Providence College the teacher Certification program in Spanish. I have experience as teacher assistant. I have been working as Spanish teacher at Providence School Department for five years. I use different methodologies that includes games ,group activities, apply the language to real life situations.
I consider that to learn the language is important to love it. I use a different methodology like games, groups activities,reading, hands on activities, an cutural knowledge that makes any language fun to learn.

Teaching Italian happened few times and usual was about literature and poetry, but my school education (university and senior high school) allowed me to get a deep knowledge of my native language and culture. .

I continued on at the University with an in depth study of Eastern European languages, Russian and Polish, and eventually studied also French.
