Writing is one of my top subjects! For three years I taught high school seniors in an Advanced Composition class where they were being "trained" in the specific paper styles that are found in college classes. I am well aware of the writing process and the different types of papers colleges and high school require for graduation.

Since graduating from Baptist Bible College in 2006, I have been teaching high school English in Indiana for six years now. I taught three years at Bethesda Christian School in Brownsburg, where I spanned English 9, 10, 11, Senior Speech, and Advanced Composition for seniors. In problem based courses this is usually done through asking the student what they think the next step should be and guiding them through the process of problem solving. Once they start to understand problem solving then they do not only improve in the course that I am tutoring them in but in their other courses as well. Even at a young age I taught my younger sister basic mathematical and reading skills even before she entered kindergarten; we called it "school".
