I believe that all students can learn. It is the teacher’s responsibility to teach the standards in the way that the students learn, and to create a nurturing environment for the students. Over the last four years, I have spent countless hours working in classrooms cultivating my ability to meet that responsibility. I have spent time working with students from many different cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. I understand that every student is unique and has unique needs, but they are all able to succeed with varying degrees of help.
