A lot of experience in English as well as vocals, took music theory in high school as well as graphic and web design, i am good at basic math and algebra, Elementary education is also a strong suit. A Little Bit About Me...

I have been performing since i was a child. Attended Julliard school of music, City colege of NY. Published two albums of my own and has recorded with a host of astist as a sideman. I am a multi-instrumentalist playing piano,bass(electric and acoustic), all percussions,composer and arranger. I have earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in music performance
I love teaching students of all ages. It is very satisfying to see their eyes light up when they realize they got it. One method i use is to teach the the music that they love and apply the theory and technique to it, and gradually introduce them to more challenging works. I can improvise at a moments notice to help get the lesson across, even if it means focusing on one task at a time. My goal is to make the learning experience as pleasant as possible.

I believe that musicians are all at different points on the same curve, and that every student learns in a unique way. I am versatile in my teaching methods and flexible with the pace of students. I believe in instilling the correct skills and knowledge trumps over a period of time instead of cramming in new information at a rapid pace. A Little Bit About Me...

I thoroughly enjoy working one-on-one with students so that we can start a dialogue of questions and suggestions that is beneficial to the student's understanding of the subject matter. I believe in order to be a strong writer, one must increase their literacy by reading literature of substance, while also striving to write whenever possible and in any capacity.
