I came from Guangzhou,China and relocated in USA now.In the past ten years, I earned a Ph D,a MS and a BS in engineering which has enabled me be very good at math, chemistry,Physics, biochemistry and some other science fields. I had published more than 26 papers in China and International conference(as EI/SCI/ISTP).I also earned two BA in English literature and English Education.During the last nine years,I have tutored Chinese students in English,mathematics,chemistry,psychology,the arts and sciences.I also have the experience in teaching Chinese dance,Latin or ball room dance in comapnies and schools in China. I also worked as dormitory parents to help high school kids in a boarding school after I came to America.

One of the most interesting aspects of teaching is how different people process information. Oft times it is difficult to find a teaching style or method that can be equally useful to people of different learning types. I have found that teaching methods common to experiential educators, common practice in such disciplines as SCUBA diving, First Aid/CPR, Martial Arts, Art, etc., can be successfully applied to virtually any academic discipline. The process leads the student to the discovery of concepts based on practical demonstrations by the educator with as much repetition as necessary for the student to achieve comfortable mastery.
