I am only 19 and i graduated class of 2011. I've had a lot of help when i was in school so i know it can be stressful and tough but i found it a lot easier when i got help from people. Kids may be shy or maybe they just find the work is to hard and there scared to get help but i'm easy and outgoing i don't force kids to do there work. It takes time for them to understand how to work things out how to talk to teachers.
I have plenty that i've been tought so maybe using some of them could help the students understand better.

Hands-on, smiles-on!

My comments on tutoring Hearing Impaired : basic/elementary level understanding of ASL American sign language

graduated in 2012 form SCSU in special education k-12 with a psychology minor. I worked in day care setting for 2 years and 5 years working with students with multiple disabilities including learning disabilities, deaf and blindness. I have basic understanding of ASL (aerican sign language) I also have experience with utilizing visual supports. I have some experience developing phonic lessons for beginning and struggling readers.
