I like to work with children of all types. I think that anybody has the capability to learn if they really want to. Everybody learns in a different way and I am willing to work with them any way I can. I am very patient, laid back, and willing to try new ways to help children accomplish their goals. My teaching style is patient and creative. I seem to find unique ways and examples that the learner can understand to help describe how to solve problems. I’m not afraid to admit if I’m not confident of an answer to a question and will do all I can to figure out the solution that makes the best sense to the student. I’m flexible with regards to teaching for different learning styles because not everyone learns the same way. My tutoring can extend from grade school kids to college students. I know the value of a tutor in a young person’s life.
