I am an elementary school teacher in the Northern Virginia area and have been tutoring students for the past 2 years. I love my job and would not change it for the world. Working with kids every day is something that I not only enjoy, but helps me as well. I learn something new every day. Being a teacher has taught me that all students learn in a different way and you have to address the needs of individual children.
Different children learn in different ways. Some are visual learners, some are auditory learners and some are kinesthetic learners. I like teaching in whatever way best connects with the student.

A Little Bit About Me...

I received a double major in English and Religion at Presbyterian College. I tutored for three years at Thornwell home for children. I have one year experience working specifically with K5-5th grade.
