Teaching has been something I have done a great deal of my life no matter what path I was on. When I was in nursing school, patient teaching was a strong point of mine. I love children. My teaching style involves getting to know the student as a person first and going from there. Learning how he/she learns something new and what he/she knows and doesn't know quite yet. Every child is different in the way that he/she learns and a person how to figure that out first for a child to be successful. I tutored elementary students while in high school. I am now an Education major at Midwestern State University and I will graduate in May of 2010. At my last job I helped tutor students and get them ready for test and quizzes etc. I enjoy working with kids I can't think of anything better to do with my time.
