For 9 of my 31 years in education, I was a classroom teacher. For 22 of those years, I was a reading teacher and instructional resource teacher. These positions required me to test students who were new to the district, do turnkey workshops for the faculty of the school in which I worked and also plan and devise curriculum suggestions with the administration of the school district. I took a few classes on teaching at a small community college while I was still in high school. I still am considering becoming a teacher after going back to school to complete my major in accounting. I've always been a stronger believer in one-on-one teaching working more proficiently then being taught in a classroom. I am very patient and hard-working.
