I graduated from Mercy Adacemy with a 3.9 GPA. I earned 6 college credits while in high school and took five AP classes (US History, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, and Economics). I recieve my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering this semester (May 2013) and will pusruse a Master's in mechanical engineering. I currently have a 3.6 GPA at Univeristy of Louisville. After the student gains confidence in working problems together then I will have the student work a similar problem by themselves to confirm their level of understanding. I have an engineering background with a BS and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. An engineering degree requires a significant background in math and science. Great Question. I have been in classes where I found learning a challenge. This is what makes me unique as a teacher. I build a relationship with the student. I do my best to not only explain the material, but how they can possibly use it in the future. I also have the best patience.
