I Graduated from Harrison high school in 2011, and I am currently working to get my bachelors in biology at Kennesaw State University. I have been tutoring neighbors in science, math, and vocals since my sophomore year of high school. I have been given many small awards by my school teachers in Science, math, and Vocals.
I use a lay back positive reinforcement teaching style. I try to figure out things the student likes and relate it to the subject. My main goal is to get the student to like the subject and enjoy learning about it, for if the student enjoys a subject it will be easier for them to learn.

As a person I have always held my work ethic to remarkable standards. I've finished an Associate's Degree in two years flat, and am well on my way to having completed a bachelor's in only three and a half years time. I use all methods of second language acquisition in my teaching. Most of the exercises I use to help beginning are communicative methods. It's better to get them speaking and writing and build their confidence than to just use rote memorization or drills. If I think the audio-lingual method will help a more advanced student, I suggest and practice this method with them. If reading in the language with the translation side by side helps, we will practice that. I bear all forms of cognitive learning in mind when tutoring a student. I strive to help in whatever way I can.
