I have over a decade of experience in tutoring and teaching including 7 years as an Engineering Instructor at The Ohio State University and 4 years as a IACET certified Robotics Instructor. My most recent award is Legacy of Distinguished Service to PREFACE (2011) from the College of Engineering at The Ohio State University Columbus, Ohio. I always wanted to become a math teacher, but in order to become one in a communist regime; you had to be a member in the Romanian Communist Party. So, I obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineer (172 credit hours). I was working as a designer in Romania and had in parallel a private math and physics tutoring business. At NEIU I finished a lot of credits hours toward my second BA in Secondary Education Mathematics. Meanwhile, I found a job as a Mechanical Engineer at Mercury Products. Three years ago I have relocated with my husband's company in Dayton, Ohio. Meanwhile, I found an Estimator job at PTC and I was laid off due to the economy. So, I pursued my Alternative ATL at Antioch McGregor University and finished it this year.
