I got my BS, MS and Ph.D degrees in Physics. I had been a professor at a university in China for five years, a teaching assistant/tutor at Brigham Young University for five years and an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University for one semester. I can teach/tutor fundamental physics and math courses.
First of all, I like teaching physics and math. Many students complained that physics was too hard for them to learn. I think the main problem is that they learned it too fast and couldn’t understand the basic concepts. I took two years out of my college career at BYU to serve a full time church mission in Ecuador. In Ecuador I learned to speak Spanish fluently and while there taught multiple hours everyday to educate others about the gospel. I believe that the basis of learning is understanding the principles of the subject. If a student has a thorough knowledge of the basics, then he does not need to rely on root memorization or luck to pass classes. I believe teaching and learning the basics are far easier than simply attempting to pass a test or earn a decent grade. All subjects in the end build upon each other, a strong foundation helps not only with the current class, but with all future classes as well.
