Teaching is my absolute passion! I have a very outgoing and fun teaching style while ensuring my students are receiving the best education possible. I believe it is SO important to develop a fun and trusting relationship with children.
I am currently a Special Education/Deaf Education Kindergarten teacher. All of my students are either Deaf or Hard of Hearing while of my students have multiple disabilities. I am also proficient in sign language and communicate all day using sign language. I have learned in extraordinary amount of skills in my first few years of teaching and I would love to practice them outside of my classroom!

For instance, I learned Spanish for 2 and half years. I went to Costa Rica and became integrated in their culture, people and daily routine. Once I absorb all I can, then I always love to teach other people what I’ve learned. I have worked with 1st graders at Maryland School for the Deaf. Also, I have worked with the infant program and 2nd graders in Costa Rica during a summer internship.
