For the past two years, I have been teaching journal-writing and college classes at the Louisville Comprehensive Care MS Center. Prior to that, I have tutored students ages 7-40 in a various set of topics, primarily math and business subjects.
My preferred style of teaching is student-lead. I believe in the Socratic method, but appreciate following a curriculum, as well. I volunteer at a Montessori school and I know that getting learners of all ages interested and excited about a topic is the key to retention.

A Little Bit About Me...

I I love the fields of accounting and finance. I graduated top in both concentrations in college. I am currently studying to obtain my CPA license. I have completed internships at top private companies in the Louisville area and one public CPA firm. My dream is to become a college professor teaching accounting and/ or finance. I also loved to teach the subjects in school to other student. I give me great personal satisfaction to be able to help others learn.
