I work well with students and try to work with students' learning styles to teach all levels of chemistry. I have been teaching chemistry and physics for 15 years including AP chemistry. I love the challenge of presenting some pretty difficult topics to all levels of learners. I have always enjoyed working with children of all ages. I taught dance for my high school years to younger children and I believe that has taught me a lot about teaching styles. I have been told that I am a very good communicator and educator and can make concepts that seem complicated look much simpler and more comprehendible. In May of 2009 I graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology and Chemistry. During my undergraduate career I worked a semester as a Supplemental Instruction Leader. My position required me to help further students understanding of Molecular and Cellular Biology.
