I find out from the student their level of understanding on a particular subject and then go from there. I make sure they understand the basics before we proceed further.

I received a full scholarship to Samford University upon graduation from high school. My desire was to teach. Because of family obligations, I was unable to continue my formal education and went to work for an organization that fortunately believed in the power of growing their employees.
