As an Anthropology major, I was qualified to work as an archaeologist with the Joshua Tree National Park for 7 years. I was responsible for site recognition, recording and records keeping. I also interacted with the public as an employee of the park. I also led my own tour groups, all ages and abilities, into the desert for historic and nature tours. I have been a substitute teacher for the Morongo Basin School District for the past 3 years. I work with all ages and all school levels. Furthermore, I followed my dream and graduated from Cal State California with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies and a concentration in History.
