I have attained a MS in Counseling and Psychology, and a BS in Psychology with a Math minor. Through my journey into higher education I have been fortunate enough to motivate myself and others to push through tough courses by establishing study groups. I have participated in these groups and have learned that additional study time spent with someone more familiar with a subject is the difference between passing a course the first time and dropping the course to repeat it later. I love to teach and enjoy teaching English as well. I am very good at grammar and all areas of the English language. In my work as a writer, I make extensive use of this. I try to be very patient, and I have worked a great deal with special needs students.
