During my one year contract in South Korea I taught children of all ages, from 6 to 15. Working with children was very enjoyable and rewarding. My style of teaching is very upbeat and interactive. I have always been drawn to children and have enjoyed being with and teaching them. Before working in preschool, my teaching style was unrefined, and based largely on a general paternalistic instinct. My experience at the preschool taught me the value of coordinated language use in dealing with different students in different situations between care-givers.
