As a teacher I have many years of experience in various types of settings, I have worked in urban, rural settings, and with students of varing degrees of learning ablilities. As an educator,I enjoy embrassing teachable moments.I began my teaching career with Severely and Profoundly Intellectually Disabled children, who ranged in grade level from K-5. I was then granted the opportunity to teach the same class, but on a middle aged grade level. I have also, and am currently, teaching general education 8th grade students.
