My comments on tutoring Language Arts : I have taught approximately 42 credit hours of language arts instruction at the college level.

Interactive! Students need to apply what they have learned, to reinforce the learning cycle.
My instructional experience includes over 230 credit hours of composition and language arts instruction, including creative writing, literary analysis and Shakespeare. However, most of the instruction has been focused on composition. I developed a bachelor level English course for Pearson Education, working as a writer on a team of three; the course was deployed nationally at over 100 campuses.

Language Arts is one of my top subjects! I am able to assist in almost all aspects of English Language Arts through college level (ex. reading comprehension, composition, grammar, research, etc.).

I love to incorporate art and sensory experiences into everything I do to really activate the brain. The "Drill and Kill" is very rarely appropriate, so I tailor every approach individually. English/French Tutor
